Profits (if any) should be used for above objectives & no dividend is payable to its members
Managed by Board of Directors with respect to MOA & AOA
Will be controlled by Shareholders and can be easily transferable
Minimum 2 directors & atleast one director should be Indian Resident
No Minimum Capital Required

The Section 8 Company can claim the Income Tax Exemption under the Section 12AA & 80G.

Address Proof – Bank Statement / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill
